No matter how nice our service lounge is, you can’t always afford to take time out of your busy life to bring your car, truck, or SUV in for service. However, what if you didn’t have to disrupt your day? Here at Jim Ellis Ford, we have made that possible with our convenient Valet Service. Simply schedule an appointment at our service center, and our team will pick up your vehicle from your home and return it to you when it’s ready. How is that for convenience?

Get Ready for the VIP Treatment

At Jim Ellis Ford, we make it easy to receive the high-quality service you deserve, and our Valet Service is no exception. You can request Valet pickup and delivery when you schedule your appointment using our online Service Scheduler, the FordPass App, or by calling or emailing our service team. If you want to add Valet Service to an existing service appointment, just reach out to our team. As long as we have a day’s notice, we will do our best to fulfill your request. Once service has been scheduled, we’ll take care of the rest.

Unlike other dealerships, there is no maximum distance for our Valet Service. If you don’t live here in Sandy Springs, don’t worry. No matter where in the Atlanta area you are located, we can send a driver to pick up your vehicle and bring it to our dealership for service. You also don’t have to be an existing customer or have bought your vehicle from Jim Ellis Ford. After all, everyone deserves convenient service for their car, truck, or SUV, and we do our best to provide it. Simply let us know where you are, and we’ll be there.

How It Works

Once you have requested our Valet Service, the process is simple. We’ll let you know when we are going to pick up your vehicle, and our driver will give you a call confirming their estimated arrival time when they leave our dealership. We’ll also send you a link so you can track your driver’s location in real-time and see a picture of them, just like Uber. When your driver arrives, simply hand them the keys, and they will bring your vehicle to our dealership for service. If your vehicle will be in the shop for more than a day, then you can request a loaner car, and our driver will deliver it when your vehicle is picked up.

Once your vehicle’s scheduled service is completed, our team will text you a link that details the work that was completed and allows you to pay online. We will then return your vehicle to you, using the same process that we used to pick it up, making the entire process effortless on your part. If you have a loaner car, we can pick that up when we drop off your vehicle, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. From start to finish, our Valet Service is designed to make car maintenance hassle-free.
