The biggest challenge that I have seen lately is that it is difficult to have your call answered in service. Responsive, timely and polite. It is rare these days to get a customer service experience that is positive, but I got one at Jim Ellis. In the past I have been reluctant to go to a dealer for service but Jyair took excellent care of me.

The service department are very caring professional and will take the time to understand any issues you may have, work on the issue (not just diagnose and say no issues and give you back your car like others would). They were not able to replicate my issue but they went beyond it and proceeded to making sure the issue would not be a problem and performed a master reset on my phone as a key module then helped me set up the feature to make sure my phone wasn’t having the issue before I drove off.
