Jalin was friendly and always pleasant and smiling. I was a tough negotiator and he was very patient with me. One of the things that was a nice personal touch was the selfie of he and I in front of the new car. One of the things I liked about working with Jalin is that even after I purchased the car, he was very prompt to responding to any questions I had. He would answer the phone right away when I called or texted back to me immediately.
