Great selection. Salesperson was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Only thing we didn't appreciate was the added exterior coating ($2k) that we didn't need but was already added to the truck. They allowed us to negotiate the cost down but it felt a little slimy that it was an automatic add on.

He treated me like he was already a family friend, didnt lie to me, worked hard to make the deal work for me, and didn’t try to sell me extra nonsense. I rarely have changed cars all my life, I own and drive them until they’re finished. This was my first experience leasing - a hybrid - which I did to get comfortable with the concept. Jim Ellis Ford of Sandy Springs, and Denis in sales, made the whole process easy and fast, and they educate you well there, patient with questions. Very comfortable lounge area with a big tv too, for if you need to retreat and run numbers on your laptop.

This dealership has been owned by my count 3-4 different corporate entities and it feels like the Ellis group has gotten this thing turned around. From a dealership perspective this is a horrible piece of real estate and they can make this possibly profitable.
